Changes, Guarantees and Exchanges Policies

In case the product you received doesn’t fit you or you don’t like it, you can request an exchange, you can have a different size or exchange it for another product. It is very important that you make the request within 15 calendar days once the product is received.

Exchanges can be made in all our products We accept exchanging claims if the as long as the product meet the following parameters:

  1. The product must get to us in the original conditions, this means without alterations, without stains or dirt, without traces of washing or usage.
  2. The product must have the original labels on and the bottoms must come with their respective hygienic protector placed in the original place.

** Exchange requests are not accepted in products with discount or in promotion, these are final sales.

In case you do not find a garment of your choice or size to make the immediate change, you will be given a gift card valid for 1 month for the exact value of what you want to exchange.

Does the shipping cost for an exchange have any additional costs?

The shipping fee to exchange a product is not covered or reimbursed by the company; KC Bikinis will be responsible for the shipping fee in case the product has a proven manufacturing defect and the due process has been completed.

Where to send the product and how to?

Contact us by sending an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, photo and reason why you want to exchange the garment. We provide you with a return authorization number with all the necessary details.

You will be given our warehouse address when we assign you the return number.

Please note that if the package is lost we will not be responsible, so we recommend using a reliable shipping service and keeping track of the order.

How long will the exchange process take?

If you are starting the process we try to respond with the authorization number in a period of 24 hours (business days).

We will send you the new product as soon as we receive the package, following our shipping policies.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Our garments have a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects.

We take quality control very seriously, so all our clothes are always checked before leaving our workshop to prevent this type of situation from happening and not having this problem.

In case you have a problem with your garment, you must make the Warranty Claim within the next 30 days on the calendar after receiving the product.

Send us an email to [email protected] with your name, order number and photos of the damages.

Once you receive your email we will assess the damages and review each case as a unique case, we will do this process in an honest and personalized way and we will be responding as soon as we have the resolution in accordance with our internal Quality criteria

We may also request that you ship us the product to be able to physically analyze it.

In the event that the garment applies for the Guarantee exchange, you will get a gift card valid for 1 month with the exact value of the damaged garment so that you can obtain a new one.

So that you can take into account before carrying out the process, the following cases should NOT be considered as a guarantee process:

  • Garments that have been damaged by customer negligence, external factors or by not following the “care instructions” that are attached on each label and detailed here.
  • Garments with bleach or other detergent stains or stained with external colors for not following the care instructions.
  • Garments burned or altered or that shows any modification of the original condition and that the defect has to do with these alterations.
  • Tops with deformed or broken pads due to client’s bad handling. Remember that the pads are delicate and must be taken care of very well so that they are maintained.
